Aponkye the Goat

Aponkye means goat. Goat means Aponkye. lol in the Ghanaian language. The aponkye, as it is popularly known in our homeland Ghana is skittish and playful, never afraid, tenacious and yet, incredibly a funny animal.

YOU never know where goat will take you. When I asked the smiley butcher at a store near my apartment whether he had any goat meat, he told me: “No. I got a leg of lamb, though — I could trim it nice and thin to make it look like goat.” I politely declined because the butcher man was just ignorant of my gastronomic desire.

The smelling head of the male ones are mostly my target when it comes to Ab3nkwan and Fufu. What do you think ?I am not here to wet your appetite let me quickly give you the recipe
